A study done by the site www.chinahr.com on a number of 21 000 university shows that 34,1% of them prefer to work in state enterprises and institutions, and only 23% in private companies.
“Advantages such as a stabile place of work and greater benefits determine that state enterprises be more attractive for students, especially in this period of crisis in the world economy”, researcher Quyang Hui declared. Mixed and private companies reduced their staff and limited new employments, while state enterprises created new work opportunities, in accordance with the official politics, he added. In the top of the 10 first enterprises in China, from the point of view of managing human resources, only two foreign (American) enterprises are to be found – Procter and Gamble and Google. The first place is occupied by China Mobil. Microsoft and IBM are only on the 11 and 12 places.
